First official warning from Governor

First official warning from Governor: 7 risky districts should be "ready" for evacuation, not now: saimai, klongsaamwa, bangkhen, kannnayow, nongjok, meenburi, ladkrabung. North water (klong rapiput) will come down from Ayutthaya ka, rungsit can only hold 400 miliion cubic metre, but total amount of 1,200 million cu.m. will come down ka. Pls absorb the news carefully, and only follow official announcement from BMA ka.(10.45hrs Oct 19th 2011)
